I purchased the LN52A650 on October10,2008 and was delivered about 10 days later. Once installed I noticed that on the HD channels, the bottom portion of the screen was reflected on the TOP of the screen causing a considerable distraction. I contacted Samsung who referred me to a local repair firm. They could not fix it the first time and said they would be back on Monday,11/3 and try again. Well they just left my house WITH MY NEW LCD stating it would take 10 WORKING DAYS to have it repaired. That is almost as long as I have had the unit. I researched a number of LCD TV's before being convinced not only through Amazon but also Consumer Reports, and PC World that this was the best model to purchase. I am totally disappointed in this product . The quality control at Samsung must be non-existant if they let a product with such obvious faults to be sent out of its factory. I will not buy a Samsung product again

Or so I've been told (still waiting on this one to see if it's true). But everything else you've heard about this TV IS true. The picture is amazing, and blu ray movies are outstanding. I hooked my computer up to this thing (it's got a dedicated computer monitor input, or you can use a DVI/HDMI cable if your computer will support it). The picure is great. I watch streaming videos from the internet without having to get off of the couch (what a great world we live in). I can't attest to the usefulness of the Infolink system, since I haven't tried it out. But I was able to buy this TV with confidence from the technical comparisons I made, the reviews I read, and just seeing the TV next to other comparable TV's at the store. I can tell you that this is the top of the line, and you will not have buyer's remorse after getting it.

This was my first ever purchase on-line, especially for something big like a TV. I had been scouting the best price for this TV for a few months. Bit the bullet..got a fantastic deal..Circuit city admitted they couldn't beat! It was quickly delivered! Overall extremely happy with the experience. Wish my install had gone as smoothly!

We received our TV two days ago from Amazon and the whole experience was great. We received the TV within 3 days after ordering. "Pilot" the shipping company, was great to work with and went out of their way to deliver when we wanted... The TV picture is spectacular and we have absolutely no complaints at all. Amazon had a great price---$750 less than Best Buy, shipping was great, TV was in perfect shape, and picture is way above our expectations. You would not believe the difference using your DVD(1080 capability) movies with this TV. I can't imagine how good a blue-ray would look. Five Stars plus with using Amazon.

TOOK ABOUT ONE HOUR TO READ THE INSTRUCTION BOOK AND FINE-TUNE THE SET-UP(I AM A TECHNOLOGICAL CRIPPLE). THE HD PICTURE IS SCARY GOOD! I RECOMMEND THIS SET TO ANYONE.
