Very Happy
I wasn't sure what to expect with the frame with the low price. I am happy to report that this was a great buy. It doesn't have all the bells and whistles of some other frames but it does display great looking pictures and has a wide viewing angle. If like me you just want to display your pictures and don't really care about all the other nonsense that manufacturers seem to think everyone needs in every product anymore, this is a great little frame. I do recommend cropping your photos to fit the frame, I used a setting of 830X468 pixels and they fill the whole screen with no distortion and look sharp. Plus the frame actually looks like a picture frame and not a undersized TV. 2008-08-17

Philips 7" LCD Review
Bought the product for less than $50 I thought I got a good deal since I consider it a good brand. The pixels are so big it scrambles your pictures especially whole body shots, it is only good at closeup shots like the ones in built in picture demo. Don't buy this product you will end up frustrated. I won't recommend it! 2008-08-13
Worst piece of junk ever!!!
I cant believe what a piece of junk this thing is. It has less memory than a casio calculator watch from 1984, it wont connect to my pc, it wont let me delete this stupid stock picture of a freakin baby that I absolutely LOATHE now. I want nothing more in life than to delete this wide-eyed idiot demon child from my picture frame. Every other dumb stock phillips photo I could delete, but this baby haunts my dreams.
Do yourself a favor and stay the heck away from this worthless piece of junk digital frame. I thought Phillips was a good, quality brand but apparently not. The buttons feel plasticy and cheap and are very unresponsive. DO NOT BUY THIS!!

Good value for the money
Pros:
- Elegant frame
- USB connection to your computer
- One of the lowest cost branded photo frames
- Good variety of transitions and time choices to display photos
- Several types of memory accepted
- Has built in auto on/off time
- Uses very little power
Cons:
- The screen is 16:9
- Pictures must be JPEG
- had to resize the photos down to 234 pixels high using a photo editing program to improve the look
- Lacks MP3 music playback
Overall I'd recommend this item and think it is a good value for money.
