Canon Pixma MX850
I received the MX850 a couple of weeks ago and it has been working great. I replaced a stand alone scanner, color printer and fax machine. It used to be when you bought a combo like this, the quality was lacking however that has changed. The color printer and scanner have outstanding quality and the space requirement is about a third of the space of my stand alone equipment. The automatic document feeder is also a big plus. I also really like the separate color cartridges of Canon so you only have to replace the empty color. I strongly recommend this product 2008-09-19
Surprisingly versatile and speedy
I bought this printer for my home office. I was frankly surprised how well this product is designed and works. It prints on copy paper speedily and also makes superb photographic prints on appropriate papers. The scanner, fax, and other functions all work great on macs. I'm thinking of getting another one for work. 2008-09-19
Cannon MX850
So far, this printer is great. Tops anything HP could ever come up with. This printer was easy to install. I like the extra paper trays. The ink cartridges are reasonably priced. Only time will tell if this printer lives up to the hype. I am betting it will. 2008-09-19
Couldn't be more satisfied!
It's rare that you come across a product that actually lives up to the marketing hype (and I'm in marketing...so I know!!). Being a small business owner, it was important that the all-in-one I purchased was everything it promised to be and more. Although the first machine I purchased through Amazon was broken, I must APPLAUD Amazon for their quick remedy in providing me with a replacement within 24 hours. The print quality is excellent (although I have yet to print photos) and fast! The control panel is very intuitive and this machine has certainly lived up to the Canon brand. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this to a small-, medium-, or large-sized business. You won't be disappointed! 2008-09-16
