My 5 year old twins absolutely love it! Santa had it set up at the TV on Christmas morning and the first thing they did was go to it and start playing. They only stopped playing to open their presents and didn't get off the rest of the day. I didn't even have to help them with the games. They figured them out all by themselves. I would say it's a great educational product. I know several people had problems with the pedals but we haven't so far. It's not only a great educational toy but it's also great exercise for them, which they all need in this day and age. Get this one!

My son has had this toy for over a year now. His enjoyment seems to increase over time. The various games are both fun and educational. The bicycle is great for exercise, too....it just depends which game you select. With some games, the pedaling is more for fun than exercise. With the "racing" games, your little one actually may work up a sweat! This is particularly great for rainy days. They can have fun, get exercise, and learn at the same time. The pedaling feature may limit use for smaller and younger kids, but they can use the joystick to play games until they grow into the bicycle aspect of the SmartCycle. While older children also may enjoy the SmartCycle, the educational benefit may be absent after about age 5-6, depending on the developmental level of your child. I would recommend introducing this to a child at least 2.5 - 3 years old and not expecting any real benefit after age 5 or 6. With regard to durability, our batteries last a long time. Just remember to turn off the Cycle when not using! The pedal has needed replacement; apparently, the first versions of the Cycle did not have properly-threaded pedals. However, Fisher Price quickly sent replacements at no cost to me, upon request. All in all, this toy is worth the expenditure for the extra games and batteries. If it can survive over a year of wear and tear from an active boy and still hold his interest, it has met my test! Enjoy!

I purchased 2 Smart cycles for my two 3 year old Grandsons for Christmas, they love them.The cycles are very durable & educational.I shopped around and couldn't find any store that could beat Amozon's price.The cycles arrived in 4 days & there wasn't a shipping charge. It was quite a savings for a Grandmother that has to buy 2 of everything.

Bought this as a Christmas gift for my 2 1/2 year old son. He loves it. Have problems getting him off of it for bed. What a great idea, video game with exercise. Would definitely suggest as a gift.

The smart cycle is so much fun for my three year old son. He doesn't even realize he is learning when playing it. My daughter is four and she also loves it. Highly recommended!!!!
