Nice feel - but lacks two features
I love the feel and overall quality of this Kindle cover.
But there are two obvious features missing. First, it would be nice to have a place to put a business card or some identifying information. If I lose the Kindle or leave it on a table at a meeting, it would be very easy for someone to contact me.
Second, the back is only attached to the left side of the Kindle. So if you pick it up the wrong way and start to open it, you pry the back quite a ways before you realize what you're doing. I suspect this is what will eventually break and require a replacement.
Don't get me wrong. Those are minor things. It is a very nice cover and I feel much better having some protection for my Kindle.

I tend to drop things so a cover was a must for me. This one works perfectly. It is lightweight, fits the kindle well and helps to protect it. It also fits right in my purse and I don't have to worry about the kindle being scratched. 2010-03-11

This is the only worthwhile cover..Price is right and it fits so well I think it should be included in the purchase price of the Kindle. My single complaint is that it needs something on the back of the cover to secure the Kindle from fliping to the left and breaking the tiny hinges. That aside, the cover is a good purchase. 2010-03-11
Good quality at a good price!
I waited a long time to purchase an eReader always thinking the technology would keep advancing so why purchase now? But now, I am glad I went ahead and made the purchase. I really love my new kindle and this leather kindle cover is a PERFECT compliment to it! It protects the screen from scatches. It's not heavy but very durable. I love the feel of the inside cover material which is very soft. The consistency of the leather makes it easy to hold and prevents slipping in your hands. The spine is flexible which allows you the ability to hold it as a book or fold it back behind the kindle for one handed reading. You will love this cover.
